"I have spent the last twenty five years walking and photographing the beautiful, iconic Sussex coastline and landscape, many of these images have been sold, collected, exhibited and published internationally.

I would now like to share these locations with you and the photography skills I have used to capture them.

I am going to do this by offering guided photowalks. Photo walking is a communal activity, so you can actively learn new photography skills and techniques in a group, whilst walking in these beautiful, iconic locations.

My aim is for the walks to be informative, inspiring, social, fun and great value, so they are open to all.

My photo walks will usually last for two hours and are open to all abilities from beginners to experts, from phone cameras, compacts, digital slrs to film cameras, all skill levels are welcome, there is always something new to discover"

Brighton Mindful photography

Photography is to be fully present in the moment, this photowalk is more about the process than the end result

Mindfulness is about slowing down, being fully present in the moment, and receiving that moment. The exact same words apply to the process of taking a photograph. The process of taking a photograph forces you to focus on what’s in front of you and be totally in that moment, this helps you focus and calm the mind from the everyday hustle and bustle of life.

In this photowalk as we wander along Brighton seafront I will share with you how to use your camera as a tool to learn to be present, help you to develop your personal visual lens through which you look at the world, so your photography will more accurately reflect your own unique view of the world.
